Therapy online can offer accessibility to your life incorporating therapy. When therapy is conducted online it is important that you are in a private space that you feel comfortable in. I am located in Madison, WI so online therapy may be a good fit if you are further away from Madison, but still live in WI. In-person sessions can always be changed to online if needed for any reason. Therapy online is effective and all modalities of therapy that I offer can be facilitated virtually.
