Therapy
Services

I offer individual psychotherapy for teens and adults in a trauma-informed, queer-, polyamorous-, and neurodivergent-affirming space where you can show up as your authentic self. My approach is adaptable to meet your unique needs and goals.

I provide telehealth and in-person therapy at 111 S. First St, Suite 120, Madison, WI 53704.

An office space with warm lighting, a couch, and chair. Decorated with plants, fidgets, and books. There is a large window in the space.

Who I might support in therapy

  • I work with individuals navigating the impact of past trauma, offering a safe space to process what’s happening in your body and mind.

  • I support those exploring their identities, whether related to gender, sexuality, relationship styles, or other aspects of self.

  • I support neurodivergent individuals, helping you better understand your  needs and how to engage with the world around you in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

  • If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or unsafe behaviors that are affecting your daily life, I’m here to help.

How I might support you in therapy

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help resolve traumatic memories from hurtful, frightening, or unsafe experiences. By using bilateral stimulation (such as back-and-forth eye movements or tapping on either side of the body), EMDR helps your brain reprocess these memories and create new, adaptive meanings. The goal is to increase feelings of safety, foster positive beliefs about yourself, and enhance your internal resources while reducing distressing thoughts, images, and body sensations.

  • LGBTQIA+ and Polyamory-Affirming Therapy
Our relationships with others and ourselves shape who we are. Whether exploring the relationship style that aligns with your values or navigating your identity, I offer support to clients in polyamorous relationships as they learn to show up for themselves and their partner(s). I also provide support to individuals exploring their queer identities—whether related to sexuality, gender, or both—creating a safe space for self-discovery and authentic expression.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals struggling with emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. Through DBT, clients learn practical skills to manage overwhelming emotions, improve communication, and change harmful behaviors. These skills help clients build a life worth living and make daily life more manageable.
